Terms and Conditions

 

Refunds - We only give refunds if (a) we cancel the ride or (b) if you have purchased a Refundable Ticket. If you want a refund for your Refundable Ticket, your request must be received at least 18 hours prior to departure.


Rescheduling - We require 36 hours advanced notification if you wish to reschedule a ride for 1-3 riders.  If you have reserved a booking for a group of 4 or more riders, we require 7 day’s notice.  There is a $10 per person Re-booking Fee to reschedule a ride.

INSTRUCTIONS:  If you wish to reschedule a ride, first book the ride that you want. Then, after you have received a confirmation email for your new booking, email us your request for a partial refund for the ride that you wish to cancel.
